Flat rate shipping cost for all deliveries NZ wide. International shipping costs are determined by weight and location. At checkout the shipping options and costs available to your shopping cart will be shown. The postage options available normally are:
Domestic (New Zealand Wide)
Standard Courier Delivery - Delivery times are determined by TOLL Couriers, normally allow 2-3 business days to most locations within New Zealand. Rural deliveries may take longer.
*Free shipping and shipping discounts exclude bulky and heavy items that sit outside the normal shipping flat rate price. These are products such as Full Team kits and Bulk Ball deals.
If the delivery is by courier, products will not be delivered to an unattended address or PO Box. The courier requires a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest courier depot. The customer is then responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.
For Registered International shipping, please contact us for a quote. Delivery times and pricing vary according to destination country and weight. Usually allow 10 days.
For International orders - Please remember that you are responsible for all custom duties and other charges that might occur to your parcel by your local customs authority outside of New Zealand. GST is removed for orders outside of New Zealand.
Go Cricket makes every effort to ensure your parcel and products are delivered to you on time and in great condition. Delivery prices are calculated based on weight and are subject to change. Final delivery costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at email@example.com. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
